5K+ For Ukraine: Run & Walk

Join us on Sunday, March 1st at 9:30 am in Mission Beach by the Belmont Roller Coaster to promote freedom and unity for Ukraine through this 5k+ run and walk.
We are inviting runners and walkers of all levels, all ages and nationalities to join together and embrace the values of independence, resilience, and national pride. You don’t need to be an athlete to walk or run with us, this event welcomes participants of all abilities to be a part of something truly special.
At the finish line we will all gather to sing the American and the Ukrainian anthems. The microphone will be open for speeches. If you have blue and yellow clothes, please, wear those colors if possible, and bring flags if you have them.
Registration starts at 9:30 am and we meet at the Green Flash Arch, 3450 Ocean Front Walk, San Diego, CA 92109 and finish the run at the same place. The walkers will start at 9:45 and runners at 10:00 am.
Registration is FREE (donations are welcome, and you will receive a gift).

This Saturday, July 4, 2026, we invite you to walk with us in the 76th Annual Independence Day Parade in Coronado — a vibrant celebration of freedom, unity, and unwavering solidarity with Ukraine.
As the United States marks 250 years of independence, we honor the spirit of liberty by marching together for those still fighting to defend it today.
Parade Theme: “A Salute to Community”
And what better way to show that spirit than by standing together — Americans, Ukrainians, and allies — for the values we all cherish.
Look out for the House of Ukraine’s floating stage, featuring a live musical performance by U3Zub — a dynamic Ukrainian folk-rock band bringing energy, tradition, and the spirit of resilience to the parade route!

Parking Tips:
Parking in Coronado is limited. We strongly recommend ride shares, drop-offs, or parking in San Diego and taking the ferry over.
